EDGE Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Denver Taps Namesake Pale Ale in Collaboration with Denver’s Oldest Brewery, Tivoli Brewing Company

Denver sipping at its finest, Four Season Hotel Denver taps EDGE Pale Ale, a collaboration beer with Tivoli Brewing Company, Colorado’s oldest brewery, available now at EDGE Bar. The crisp and light pale ale is evenly balanced, coming in at a 45 on the IBU scale and 5.5 percent ABV. With a subtle malt finish and highlights of floral aromas, the EDGE Pale Ale is perfect for warm Denver days, enjoyed on the outdoor EDGE Bar patio.

A natural collaboration, Tivoli Brewing Company resides just blocks away from EDGE Restaurant and Bar, and the two have a enjoyed a longstanding relationship with a number of Tivoli beers on tap rotation. “We’ve long wanted to put our special mark on the craft beer scene and develop something unique for our EDGE guests to enjoy,” says David Colicchia, General Manager of EDGE Restaurant and Bar. “Collaborating with Tivoli on our own EDGE Pale Ale was a fun, and tasty, process and we are proud to serve the final product to our guests.”

Since opening in 2010, EDGE Bar has maintained its support of local Colorado craft breweries just as Tivoli Brewing Company has remained an integral part of the Colorado brewing scene for more than 150 years.
