Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach and the region’s premier painting experience, We Love Art, have jointly announced the launch of Meditation In Colour at The Pearl Spa and Wellness Jumeirah. The sessions immerse guests into the emancipating world of meditation before allowing them to unleash their abstract creativity on canvas, all under the guidance of experienced artists.

Combining We Love Art’s accessible painting experiences with The Pearl Spa and Wellness’ expertise on mindfulness, visualszation and relaxation meditation, the sessions will leave guests feeling tranquil, grounded and ultimately happy. Fans of wellness and artistic expression can experience Meditation In Colour in group or one-on-one sessions in the inspiring gardens of Four Seasons Resort Dubai.

Meditation In Colour Itinerary:

This experience, which takes place within the gardens of Four Seasons Resort Dubai, begins with The Pearl Spa and Wellness signature meditation. The session aims to jostle every molecule of being with tremendous energy. Participants will find a profound awareness as if one is in a wakeful sleep and feel immense clarity of thought. The meditation guide will deliver soothing messages and visualisations that reinforce creative confidence.

Suitably refreshed and energy boosted, guests will then be guided to their canvases to begin their We Love Art painting experience.  Feeling like an inspired artist will be made easy while painting, creating, sipping and connecting. Under the guidance of We Love Art, no experience is required, with artists offering tips on how to best reflect oneself through stroke and colour.

The Meditation In Colour one-on-one experience is currently on offer for guests of the Resort. The first group class commences on January 19, 2022 and will be open to UAE residents.

Private sessions for families or kids are also offered and are a great way to celebrate transgenerational wellness while creating long-lasting memories.

Rate: AED 1490 per person for private sessions (AED 690 supplement applies for two persons) and AED 990 per person for the monthly retreat groups.
