Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach Hosts VIRTÙ at Hendricks Bar, Evoking the Spirit of Tokyo

On April 24, 2023, Hendricks Bar at Four Seasons Resort Dubai will host VIRTÙ, a Tokyo-based bar known for its blend of Parisian and Japanese mixology techniques. Represented by Keith Motsi, Head Bartender, and Sakura Ishi, a young up-and-coming talent, the VIRTÙ team will travel to Dubai to deliver a two-hour mixology masterclass for industry professionals, followed by a guest shift at Hendricks Bar from 8:00 pm to 2:00 am.

Keith Motsi has won several accolades, including the Altos Bartenders’ Bartender Award 2022 by Asia’s 50 Best Bars. The evening will feature a carefully curated drinks menu, imagined by Motsi to incorporate premium spirits by Pernod Ricard such as Avión and Jameson. The masterclass and guest shift will be presented in partnership with MMI.

• 2:00 to 4:00 pm - VIRTÙ masterclass (open to industry professionals)
• 8:00 pm to 2:00 am - VIRTÙ guest shift at Hendricks Bar, serving creations featuring Avión and Jameson
