Four Seasons Hotel Firenze Unveils Food and Beverage Offers for the Fall Season

Il Palagio, the Michelin-starred restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, is reopening on September 9, 2020 for dinner, from Wednesday to Saturday. The restaurant, with its unique historical setting overlooking the Hotel’s private garden, is the ideal location for an al fresco dinner on the terrace or a unique indoor experience. Chef Vito Mollica and his team have created a brand new menu, in addition to a special seven-course surprise-tasting menu by the Michelin-starred Chef Vito.

Starting from October 11, 2020, Il Palagio will host every Sunday La Domenica del Palagio, a served family-style meal, featuring a wide selection of cold and hot dishes. The menu changes every week and includes the freshest raw fish, local cheese and ham, main courses, fish and meat, and a dessert selection.

For those who prefer to taste the delicacies of the Palagio Brunch directly at home, Four Seasons Hotel Firenze will continue to offer every weekend a takeaway brunch menu with a selection of dishes to share, that can be delivered directly to one’s home – in the Florentine area – or collected at the property.

For those looking for a place to enjoy a traditional Italian aperitivo in town, the vibrant Atrium Bar will offer live music events, featuring guest bartending and a selection of signature cocktails, to be paired with gourmet snacks or a full lunch or dinner.

With our spacious indoor and outdoor restaurant areas, our guests will have plenty of opportunities to reconnect with loved ones in a safe environment while enjoying our traditional Italian cuisine,” comments Vito Mollica, the Hotel’s Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage. “We have adjusted our restaurant operations to comply with strict sanitary regulations, and this is why we are unfortunately unable to offer our iconic Sunday Brunch, but we are happy to propose a new concept of a served Sunday lunch, inspired by the Italian tradition. This will allow locals and Hotel guests to reconnect with a convivial moment around the table in safety.”

Il Palagio

  • Open from Wednesday to Saturday from 7:00 to 10:30 pm
  • Five-course tasting menu, water and coffee included, wines excluded – EUR 125 per person
  • Vito’s seven-course surprise tasting menu, water and coffee included, wines excluded – EUR 155 per person

Il Palagio “La Domenica del Palagio”

  • Every Sunday from 12:30 to 3:00 pm – EUR 85 per person, welcome drink, water and coffee included, wines excluded

Il Palagio “Il Brunch a casa tua”

  • Every weekend, a selection of brunch dishes, wines excluded – EUR 60 per person (minimum order two people)
