Chinese New Year Celebrations at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze

The Chinese New Year begins on January 22, 2023, kicking off the Year of the Rabbit, a moment of peace, kindness and tranquillity celebrated by Chinese communities all over the world.  Four Seasons Hotel Firenze pays homage to this Chinese tradition with a special Sunday brunch and a dedicated wellness ritual.

On Sunday, January 22, the Hotel’s iconic Sunday brunch dresses in red for the occasion of the Year of the Rabbit, celebrating with Xin Ge Liu, special guest and founder of Il Gusto Dim Sum restaurant. Her culinary approach perfectly blends with that of Executive Chef Paolo Lavezzini, enhancing the ingredients and their respective traditions: Xin Ge Liu reinterprets Chinese cuisine with unique creativity, giving a taste of the most interesting Asian influences in the heart of Florence.

The Spa also celebrates the beginning of the Chinese New Year with a new facial ritual: Glowing Flow is a 75-minute treatment using functional ingredients such as gold and pearl powder making skin brighter and naturally hydrated, thanks to the stimulation of energy points. A foot massage completes the ritual, using black tourmaline and a green tea exfoliating scrub.
