Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire Reopens on July 4

Hotel embraces Lead With Care, an enhanced health and safety program now being implemented at Four Seasons properties worldwide

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire will welcome back guests beginning July 4, 2020, with a renewed focus on ensuring guest and employee health and safety without compromising the service for which the brand is known.

“We are all looking forward to welcoming you back to your home away from home and our bucolic landscape, where we will treat you to a truly memorable Four Seasons experience,” says General Manager Andrew Harrison. “We recognise that the expectations and needs of the hotel experience have changed and may continue to change. Our goal is to instill the same level of trust and confidence in Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire as ever before.”

Social distancing measures will be in place in all public areas and the Hotel will offer the following adjusted services at its restaurants, spa and other facilities:

Restaurants

Wild Carrot will continue to serve delicious local produce, operating with reservations only for table service, and no buffet.

The historic 18th century Library will be open for guests to relax and sample a full beverage menu while overlooking the property’s picturesque landscape.

Guests will also still be able to enjoy in-room dining options with a new “At Your Door” service where staff won’t have to enter rooms.

Spa

Health and wellbeing remain of utmost importance to Four Seasons and morning Spinning and HIIT fitness classes will run on the Zen Lawn with the Spa’s team of trained professionals.

Treatments will be temporarily suspended and Café Sante closed, along with the Hotel’s main pool and Sharkie’s Reef, the children’s adventure pool.

Leisure Services

Other Hotel facilities will also have modified service offerings to ensure guests can enjoy an enriched stay at the property. Tennis, cycling, fishing, horse riding and falconry will all still be available for guests to experience during their visit. A host of wildlife also awaits with the 500 acres (200 hectares) surrounding the property, ready to explore.
