Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire reveals its redefined food and beverage offerings to the property’s 500-acre (200 hectare) estate, from global cuisine and craft-spirit cocktails to healthy dishes and home-cooked favourites, overseen by Executive Chef Talha Barkin to deliver an unforgettable countryside dining experience for families, couples and even canine friends.

The Drawing Room – A humble showcase of historical taste for an authentic English experience

Located in the heart of the 18th century manor house, the historically rich Drawing Room is the perfect setting to experience a traditional British afternoon tea, crafted by the talented Executive Pastry Chef Maxime Gourlain. With a selection of bespoke teas, chilled Champagnes and local English sparkling wines, guests can immerse themselves in the picturesque views of the rolling green hills while they lounge in a grand, yet homey atmosphere.

The Library Bar – A classic showcase for beverage artistry and cocktail craftsmanship

The Library Bar is an elegant space to unwind, socialise and enjoy a tumbler of vintage artisanal whiskey or Highball Americano cocktail, prepared by the Hotel’s expert mixologist and Bars Manager Surinder Virk, serving the art and poetry of taste. And why not soak up the fresh Hampshire air on the outdoor terrace and enjoy a nightcap with nature?

Café Santé – A nutritional showcase for healing and rejuvenation

With nutritionally balanced delicious offerings, from bento boxes to poke and acai bowls, guests can expect to leave Café Santé feeling nourished and energised. On Friday and Saturday evenings there will also be a special Japanese themed menu to enjoy, with a selection of sushi and sake.

Wild Carrot Restaurant and Bar – A nature-infused showcase for immersion into the English countryside

Named after the elegant white wildflower that graces the fields of Dogmersfield Park, Wild Carrot, open throughout the day, incorporates local and sustainably sourced ingredients. Guests can enjoy a truly British experience with Chef Marco De Boni’s delicious seasonal menu, from a traditional English breakfast to the classic Sunday roast.
