“One Night, Eight Michelin Stars” New Year’s Eve Dinner for One Party of 8 Persons Only

To ring in the New Year, a single party of eight persons will indulge in a once-in-a-lifetime gourmet experience rotating between three restaurants under one roof at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, scoring eight Michelin stars in one evening.

The evening commences at two Michelin-starred Sushi Saito, one of the most venerated Japanese restaurants known for supreme standards and precision, that will serve four authentic Edomae nigari with sake pairing.

The next stop is at three Michelin-starred Lung King Heen, the mecca for Cantonese food where guests are delighted with four courses of decadent Chinese delicacies by Chef Chan Yan Tak with premium tea and aged rice wine.
