Four Seasons Resort Hualalai Welcomes Legendary Photographer Joe McNally for Exclusive Photography Workshops

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai partners with renowned photographer Joe McNally to offer an immersive photography workshop, part of series of experiences offered exclusively to guests of the Resort coined “Only at Hualalai.” From October 15 to 18, 2019, the Resort will welcome the internationally acclaimed, award-winning photographer whose prolific career includes assignments in nearly 70 countries. In the fourth year of partnership, McNally has honed the workshops and elevated to content to complement the unique backdrop of Hualalai.

In the three-day session, McNally will lead a series of small group photography classes that will include the topics of light, colour, and composition. Throughout the workshops guests will receive hands-on instruction and one-on-one time with McNally - an invaluable experience in advancing photography skills. McNally will also provide access to Nikon DSLR cameras, lenses and speedlights for those who wish try out the latest photography equipment, or enhance their existing gear.

The schedule for the three-day photography experience is listed below:

• Tuesday, October 15: Welcome reception
• Wednesday, October 16: Beauty Portraiture on the Beach (with hula dancer and fitness model)
• Thursday, October 17: Lighting Fire and Sky, advanced techniques and lighting challenges (with fire dancer)
• Friday, October 18: Family Composition, lighting for portraits  

The three-day photography workshop is hosted from October 16 to 18, 2019 with a welcome reception on October 15.  Guests are able to join the three-day session, or participate in ala carte workshops based on their areas of interest. The photography workshop costs USD 1,650 for the three-day experience or USD 650 for one day.
