Between October 7 and 13, 2019, the Hotel presents Indonesian Food and Culture Week, organised in collaboration with the Embassy of Indonesia in Kuala Lumpur. Guests can savour a selection of Indonesian cuisine as part of the sumptuous daily lunch and dinner buffet at Curate. The menu features specialties from across the archipelago – from the spice-rich broth and tender meat of sop buntut (Javanese oxtail soup), to the slow-cooked succulence of bebek betutu (ceremonial Balinese roast duck). Sample beloved recipes such as ayam bakar taliwang (grilled chicken with lombok spices), siomay bandung (hawker-style steamed dumplings), and pindang udang (shrimp bowl with fresh herbs) crafted by Chef Robert Wisnu Untoro, who has flown in for the event from the island of Java.

Chef Wisnu scores high not only as a master of Indonesian food but also as a DJ, keeping diners entertained while turning out dishes with a sizzling flair. Brunch enthusiasts are sure to love this extra-special edition of Four Seasons Weekend Brunch, elevated by exotic tastes and lively rhythms.
