Four Seasons Resort Lanai Introduces New Leisure Travel Sales Team

Four Seasons Resort Lanai announces the appointment of Joseph Bell, Travel Industry Sales Manager as well as Kristy Daley and Ashlea Varca, both to the positions of Senior Travel Industry Sales Managers, who will manage leisure sales efforts with key leisure travel partners effective June 4, 2018. The newly formed Lanai Resorts travel industry team will support the AAA Five Diamond Resort's sales process, the many island activities managed by Four Seasons as well as the newly launched exclusive air charter service Lanai Air, while continuing to promote the Hawaiian destination.  

All three new colleagues will oversee sales for Four Seasons Resort Lanai in addition to Four Seasons Resort Lanai, the Lodge at Koele, which is currently closed while under renovation.  The Resort will open December 2018, unveiling a wellness retreat unlike any other, taking a modern approach to the most personalised experience imaginable and allowing guests to return with tools to integrate into daily life, forever changed by their time on Lanai.

Bell is responsible for the West Coast Territory.  He joins the team from his most recent position as Leisure Sales Manager for The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, California and held prior positions with resorts in the Montage International portfolio.  Bell entered the hospitality world after obtaining a Diploma in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from Le Cordon Bleu Pasadena.

As Senior Travel Industry Sales Manager, Daley will oversee the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Territory. An eight-year veteran of Four Seasons, Daley will transition from her current role in the New York Worldwide Sales Office to join the Lanai Travel Industry Team. Prior to Four Seasons, she worked at Rosewood as a sales manager for their Caribbean portfolio.  A graduate of Bishop's University and a native of Montreal, Quebec, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.

Varca rounds out the team, managing the US Central and Southeast regions as Senior Travel Industry Sales Manager.  She joined the Four Seasons family following her completion of the Purdue University hospitality program and has held roles with the Chicago Worldwide Sales Office, Four Seasons Hotel Chicago and The Ritz-Carlton Chicago (formerly a Four Seasons hotel), Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora and Four Seasons Resorts Hawaii (selling all four resorts).
