Culina at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills offers this one-of-a-kind, luxurious cinematic experience leading up to this year’s 92nd Academy Awards. Steeped in the height of luxury with only thirty-seven-seats, the movie theatre offers guests a truly intimate screening, ensuring every VIP seat has a perfect view. With reclining leather chairs for guests to comfortably relax, each seat is accompanied with its own plush blanket and side table for movie snacks and beverages. Guests are greeted by an old-fashioned popcorn machine as they enter the theatre where each guest can enjoy a complimentary bag of freshly popped corn that can be personally customised with specialty seasonings. For viewers craving something sweet, movie theatre boxed candy will be available for purchase. Additionally, guests are able enjoy specialty cocktails or sip and savour a bottle of wine for purchase while taking in their favourite 2020 Academy Award-nominated film screening.

For guests attending an evening screening, Chef de Cuisine Luca Moriconi has created a three-course prix-fixe menu (USD 59 per person including screening), beginning with guest's antipasti choice of the zupetta di cavolfiore, composed of roasted cauliflower puree, beluga lentils and EVOO; the insalata e tartufo, prepared with baby gem lettuce, seasonal truffle and raspadura cheese; the burrata e prosciutto comprised of burrata, melon, persimmons, aged balsamic and prosciutto; and the ravioli di stagione, with kabocha squash ravioli, butter and sage, amaretti crumble and parmigiana reggiano. The secondi course includes four choices starting with the filetto di spigola, featuring roasted striped bass, sautéed spinach, white asparagus, oregano and  fumetto emulsion; the agnello arrostito composed of roasted lamb loin, mashed sweet potato, pear tricolore salad, mint, white balsamic vinaigrette and pear mostarda; the spaghetti all’amatriciana featuring guanciale san marzano tomato, pecorino romano and calabria chili pepper; and lastly, the pizza zucchini, comprised of green zucchini, squash, cashew cream, taggiasca olives, oven dried tomatoes, oregano and calabrian chili pepper. For a sweet finish to this delectable dinner, a duet of dolci completes this menu, with a choice between the almond panna cotta served with cinnamon shortbread and seasonal berries; or the tiramisu, prepared with espresso-soaked lady fingers and mascarpone whip. Guests attending either of the Saturday Matinee Screenings will enjoy the Culina Pronto Market Lunch (USD 35 per person including screening), which is a specially-curated farmers market-inspired buffet that includes a selection of salads, cheese, and charcuterie with a choice of protein, along with a selection of specialty desserts, selection of fresh fruit and other delectable treats.
