Four Seasons remains unwavering in its commitment to the health and safety of all guests and associates.  Four Seasons global health and safety program, Lead With Care, was created in response to COVID-19 and bolsters the brand’s already stringent wellbeing and security protocols. For those in need of head-to-toe restoration, the Reset Massage is designed to encourage a graceful beginning to the new year, closure on recent chapters and turning the page to set fresh intentions for what lies ahead. This sumptuous, pampering candle massage is personalised with a specific essential oil that when lit, represents the aspirations for this new year – whatever those goals may be.  Throughout the treatment, a skilled therapist will transmit this intention with every touch – giving a full-body, personalised massage tailored to each person’s needs and hopes for what is to come as their hands allow the body, mind and spirit to reset and start anew.  The treatment is 60 or 90 minutes in length with rates starting at USD 250.

The Spa has also introduced a thoughtful Wellness Services menu of treatments, all of which are contactless or minimise direct contact, that foster wellbeing and enhanced mindfulness.  

Adventure Abounds on the East Cape

Costa Palmas is an adventurist’s haven for exploration and unexpected discovery on desert sands, in hidden waterfalls and on the ground’s two-mile (3.2 kilometre) stretch of swimmable beach. The Off-Road Adventure is the ultimate thrill-seeking experience.  Drivers jump on their own personal ATV and embark on endless miles of dry riverbeds, untouched coastal dunes and sandy beaches overlooking the Sea of Cortez – all within Costa Palmas’ expansive and private desert oasis.
