Spring has sprung in Marrakech and with it comes the iconic Easter brunch

As every year, Easter brunch at Azzera, the restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech located by the pool in the heart of the garden, is a fun gourmet time for families and friends to enjoy the arrival of spring under the sun of the Red City.

On Sunday, April 4, 2021, the ultimate Easter brunch will feature live cooking stations showcasing the best delicacies from around the world. Led by Executive Chef Thierry Papillier, the culinary team prepares a rich variety of offerings ranging from sushi to Italian specialties, burgers and barbecue as well as international seasonal favourites.

The nicest surprise comes at the end when guests see the colourful dessert station prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Anouar Ait Abdelaali. Whatever one chooses, get ready to indulge in a sumptuous Easter this year with Anouar’s decadent chocolate creations.

Easter celebration is a memorable and long-awaited time of the year not only for adults but also for children. On Sunday afternoon, the Kids Club will host an exciting Easter egg hunt for little ones. This much-loved Easter tradition will see children following clues to find chocolate treats hidden around the gardens of the Resort. Young resident guests and families with restaurant reservations will receive a little Easter basket to collect their eggs.
