Four Seasons Resort Marrakech Celebrates International Women’s Day with Exclusive Rendezvous

On this occasion, Executive Chef Thierry Papillier is hosting for the very first time a four-hand lunch with the talented Moroccan Chef Myriam Ettahri on Saturday^, March 13, 2021 at Azzera Restaurant. After an impressive international experience which took her from North America and Europe to Asia, Myriam has travelled the world and has worked alongside the greatest, such as Heston Blumenthal (3 Michelin Stars in the UK) or Pierre Gagnaire (with many Michelin star awarded restaurants around the world).  In 2012, she returned to Morocco and started a very inspiring career, becoming one of the most popular judges on MasterChef Morocco and one of the most popular female chefs in Morocco.  Always in search of excellence, Myriam offers an inventive cuisine, delightful and undoubtedly feminine. Chef Myriam and Chef Thierry will join forces to offer a remarkable moment of gourmet sharing, bringing together the finest tastes of their culinary passion.

Four course menu at MAD 475 per person on Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm (a la carte suggestions also available):

• Duck liver mousse
• Ravioli verdi and duck confit, in lemon broth
• Vegetables seared sea bass, celery and coconut
• Tonka bean and grapefruit cube

Inara Lounge

On Monday, March 8, 2021, in celebration of inspiring women everywhere, Mathilde Gloux, Assistant Restaurant Manager, is hosting a glamourous Ladies Night at Inara Lounge.

Take a break from daily routine and start the week in style on the terrace of Inara. On that special evening, ladies will receive a complimentary cocktail, the Pink Sparkle, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Mathilde has crafted the Pink Sparkle, a mix of prosecco, red fruits puree and Disaronno.

“Monday the 8th is a great excuse to propose a toast to influential women around the world,” says Mathilde.
