Four Seasons Resort Maui Hosts Topnotch Fantasy Tennis Camp in Wailea, November 2-6, 2018

Headlined by Hall of Famer and Grand Slam winner Tracy Austin, Topnotch Fantasy Tennis Camp returns to Maui for year two

Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea has announced it will host the second annual Topnotch Fantasy Tennis Camp, featuring four current ATP (Association of Tennis Professionals) and WTA (Women’s Tennis Association) pros. The five-day luxury tennis camp is set for November 2-6, 2018, at Maui’s elite Wailea Tennis Club.

Topnotch Fantasy Tennis Camp’s 2018 fantasy roster includes:

  • Tracy Austin: International Tennis Hall of Fame inductee and three-time Grand Slam winner, the former world #1 Austin is also an expert commentator on the Tennis Channel.
  • Steve Johnson: The #3 American player and ATP World #30, Johnson is the most decorated college tennis player of all time and rode a 72-match winning streak to two NCAA Singles championships. He is a member of the US Davis Cup team and took home a Bronze medal from the Rio Olympics. He recently won his second straight US Clay Court Championships title (April 2018).
  • Shelby Rogers: Making an inspiring run to the 2016 French Open quarterfinals, Rogers was instrumental in helping the US win the 2017 Fed Cup Championship. She reached a career high of #48 in 2017 and recently was awarded the 2018 WTA’s Player Who Makes a Difference.
  • Denis Kudla: ​Having been ranked as high as #53 in the world, Kudla competed in singles in the 2016 Olympics for the United States. He recently won his sixth Challenger Tour title in Drummondville, Canada (March 2018).
  • Marc Lucero: Recently named 2018 PTR Touring Coach of the Year, Lucero currently coaches Shelby Rogers. Lucero has also worked with Ali Riske, Genie Bouchard, and Nicole Gibbs. He has formerly served as a USTA Coach for USTA Player Development.

Designed for avid adult tennis players ranging in skill from recreational to tournament level, the camp will include four days of lessons, on-court clinics, chalk-talks, Q&A sessions, and play with other campers and the pros. Participants will also be treated to a private exhibition between the tour-level players at Wailea Tennis Club’s intimate, close-to-the-action stadium.

The iconic Four Seasons Resort Maui will serve as the campers’ luxury “home base,” providing guests with flawless service, world-class amenities, and four nights in ocean-view accommodations.  Participants will also enjoy a Camp Cocktail Reception and a Farewell Dinner at the Resort with the pros.

The cost of the Topnotch Fantasy Tennis Camp package is USD 5,995 per person for double occupancy; USD 7,495 for single occupancy. Registration is limited to maintain small court ratios and to ensure participants enjoy ample time with pros. Guest should reserve their space online.
