The romance continues with a private five-course Valentine’s Day dinner made personally by Executive Chef Aaron Brooks and held alfresco, in a spacious cabana overlooking the Hotel’s grand pool. Guests will also enjoy a Couple’s Massage either in the privacy of their suite or in a Couple’s Suite at The Spa in Equinox, an elite fitness and spa facility located on the Hotel’s fourth floor. In addition, this exclusive package includes Sunday Brunch at EDGE Steak & Bar, rated one of the "Best Brunch Buffets in America" by Travel + Leisure, with a vast selection of á la carte dishes, BBQ staples, interactive chef stations, and endless offerings of tropical fruit, gourmet cheeses, hand-crafted charcuterie, fresh salads and other brunch favourites. Throughout the romantic weekend, couples are invited to revel in a daily poolside cabana located on the Hotel’s expansive outdoor oasis for a private and relaxing retreat poolside.

Guests will enjoy a classic oysters Rockefeller, a delicious play on the traditional surf and turf and a sweet ending of a decadent chocolate dessert using single origin Cao Chocolates made by Executive Pastry Chef Hector Llompart. For all couples who order off the special menu, Chef Aaron Brooks will gift Pancakes in a Jar, with house made red velvet pancake mix and recipe to continue the romance and celebration the next morning.
