Miami, U.S.A.

A leisurely decadent brunch, salsa dancing, and romantic dinner plans make EDGE at Four Seasons Hotel Miami a top date spot for Valentine’s Day. The sweeping city and water views are perks, too. From the first champagne toast to the final sweet confection, couples and friends will find all the fun needed to celebrate the holiday here.

Sunday Brunch and Salsa – Sunday, February 12, 2023

Amuse the appetite and get close to loved ones with Sunday Brunch and Salsa. This daytime rendezvous presents an impressive display, from Miami-inspired cocktails and Champagne varietals to a seafood raw bar and chef’s slow-cooked Spanish paella specialty to fire-grilled steaks and a beautiful array of chocolate creations and viennoiseries.

Set to the sounds of tropical rhythms, simply feel the music of the high-energy salsa dance show led by local dance favourite Randy Santos of Randy Santos Studio, join in on the action, or experience guided lessons to master the steps of this Latin dance. The Sunday Brunch and Salsa starts at USD 110++, based on beverage selections.

Valentine’s Day Dinner – Tuesday, February 14, 2023

By sunset, begin with a chilled martini from the cocktail trolley, and reserve a cozy booth for two at EDGE for a four-course dinner menu where modern steakhouse elements and the season’s finest seafood take centre stage. A trio of dressed oysters, Smoked Rophan Duck Breast, shareable Sweet Corn and Crab Risotto, and the choice of Branzino Almondine or Creekstone Farms Filet Mignon, is followed by Strawberry and Cream Cheesecake with whipped vanilla bean ganache or Hazelnut Rocher with milk chocolate mousse and praline ice cream. Delight in the four-course dinner (USD 155++ per person) or choose the special wine pairing for USD 215++. For an additional USD 65, the Sturgeon Caviar Service is presented with creamy egg salad, chives and warm tostones.

Valentine’s Day reservations for brunch and dinner are recommended and can be made via OpenTable or by calling +1 305 381 3190.
