Celebrated as an offering that pays homage to Thailand’s rivers, a crucial part of the largely agriculture-based nation, Loy Krathong is one of Thailand’s most enchanting festivals and is believed to make wishes come true and herald good fortune.  What better way to join in the celebrations in Mumbai than gathering around for a feast that pays homage to the time-honoured preparations of Thailand. Enjoy Chef Siriporn’s special menu of authentic Thai delights that is sure to leave guests wanting for more.

Crafted with the freshest produce and ingredients, the menu offers delightful creations like miang kham (Thai traditional garden condiments wrapped in betel leaves and lotus petal salad), pha rad prik (fried sea bass fillet with sweet chili and pineapple sauce), hoi lay pad prik paow (stir fried baby clams with garlic chili paste and basil), gai hor bait toey (chicken wrapped in pandan leaves) and desserts such as khao tom look yon, itim kati (traditional  Thai dessert sticky rice stuffing banana  with coconut ice cream).
