Within the new COVID-19 environment, the program outlines enhanced procedures, tools, and comprehensive employee training to keep guests and employees safe. In line with this, Four Seasons has heightened its precautionary measures around food handling, sanitization and increased disinfection of all surfaces with EPA-approved products, daily temperature checks of guests, vendors and employees. The Hotel has appointed a Hygiene Officer focused on implementing enhancements to procedures. Adjusted services include social distancing measures embedded in all services, all employees required to wear personal protection gear, sanitizers placed across the Hotel, high touch public areas cleaned hourly, and more.
