The Calistoga Wine and Culinary Experience Returns to Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley
A springtime sipping soiree is on the horizon at the Calistoga Wine and Culinary Experience, taking place on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley. Hosted with the Calistoga Wine Growers Association, the event brings together the very best of Calistoga’s wine and cuisine in an idyllic wine country setting.
Situated at the northern end of Napa Valley, the Calistoga AVA produces some of the world’s most prized wines. Throughout the region, talented winemakers are getting the most out of the region’s unique terroir to craft impressive white and red wine varietals that are attracting global attention. This event showcases what makes Calistoga one of the most unique and special wine and hospitality destinations in the world.
Tickets (USD 250) are now available via Eventbrite. Guests have an opportunity to taste and sip from approximately 40 local wineries and restaurants on the Resort’s stunning Lakeside Lawn and adjacent farmhouse-chic Calistoga Ballroom venue, overlooking the lake and views of the Mayacamas Mountains in the distance.
Participating wineries include Amici Cellars, Au Revoir, Baldacci Family Vineyards, Barlow Vineyards, Bennett Lane Winery, Canard Vineyard, Chateau Montelena, Clos Pegase, Elusa Winery, Fisher Vineyards, Girard Winery, Jack Brooks Vineyard, JAX Vineyards, Jericho Canyon Vineyards, Jones Family Vineyards, Kaiser Family Winery, Kenefick Ranch Vineyards, Knighton Family Vineyards, La Sirena, Lawer Estates, Lúnasa Wines, Mancini Family Vineyards, Maria Concetto Winery, Phifer Pavitt Wine, Poggi Wines, Romeo Vineyards, Solorio Family Wines, Stellareese Wines, Storybook Mountain, Switchback Ridge, THE GRADE Cellars, The Wager, Twomey Cellars, and Work Vineyard.
Participating restaurants include the Resort’s own TRUSS Restaurant + Bar, CAMPO, and the recently opened Auro by Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia, as well as Solbar, Evangeline, Lovina, and Flourish Chocolate.
Last year, the event welcomed more than 200 guests, who enjoyed fine wines from both legendary and newer boutique wine producers, and bites such as the cracker-thin Tavern Style Pizza from TRUSS Restaurant + Bar with smoked mozzarella, sausage and nardello peppers, as well as the beloved Onion Dip with house-made Potato Chips; Tuna Tlayuda from CAMPO; Blinis with Caviar and Crème Fraiche from Evangeline; and more. More delectable eats can be expected on April 1.
