Mimo Restaurant and Bar, the newly opened flagship restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville led by Michelin-starred Chef Aniello “Nello” Turco, is giving thanks this November with a special holiday menu on Thanksgiving Day. To celebrate its inaugural Thanksgiving in Music City, Mimo Restaurant and Bar will welcome guests with a four-course prix fixe menu for lunch and dinner.

Blending Southern Italian cuisine with Southern hospitality, Mimo Restaurant and Bar’s Thanksgiving menu will feature traditional holiday classics with elevated Italian flair.

“I am excited to be presenting my very first Thanksgiving menu to our guests here at Mimo,” says Chef Nello, who opened the restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville when the property opened on November 1, 2022.  “Coming from a traditional upbringing back in Italy, I have a deep appreciation of the spirit of Thanksgiving, and am looking forward to providing our guests and their families with this menu that I hope will set the stage for the perfect Thanksgiving gathering.”

The four-course meal begins with a choice of two starters: celery root soup with chestnuts and buckwheat (topped with shaved truffles for an additional fee) or fall pork terrine with pomegranate gelee, Jerusalem artichokes, baby greens, and pickled vegetables. Chef Nello’s Southern Italian heritage shines in the second course, a tagliatelle with duck ragu, porcini mushrooms, and smoked ricotta cheese.  A meat-free second course alternative is offered of carnaroli risotto with butternut squash, with a Tennessee IPA and black peppercorn reduction.

The entrée options almost present a selection headache for diners, with four options of protein to choose from including roasted salmon, red wine braised short rib, butternut squash with beluga and sprouted lentils, as well as the traditional Thanksgiving favourite of roasted turkey. To encourage the holiday spirit of togetherness, all sides are served family-style for sharing, including traditional stuffing, brussels sprouts, green beans, whipped potatoes, and of course, the all-important cranberry sauce and traditional gravy.

For dessert, guests will enjoy Mimo’s delectable pumpkin pie with bourbon gel, pecan praline, and whipped cinnamon ganache. Dinner will be served with a basket of Mimo’s homemade biscuits and whipped olive oil.  Vegetarian options for all four courses are available upon request, and an a la carte kids’ menu, featuring mac and cheese, honey-roasted ham and spaghetti, will also be available.

Pricing for the four-course Thanksgiving menu is USD 135 per adult and USD 40 per child under the age of 12. An a la carte menu is also available for kids under the age of 12. Reservations are available starting from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm on Thanksgiving Day.
