Mimo Restaurant and Bar, the flagship restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville led by Michelin-starred Chef Aniello “Nello” Turco, is wishing guests a "Buona Pasqua," or Happy Easter, as it celebrates the holiday with a special brunch menu of Southern Italian specials.

"In Southern Italy, Easter is a very traditional holiday that centres around quality time with family,” says Chef Nello. “This Easter, we are bringing the traditions of Southern Italy to Nashville with our modern Mimo twist and creating a memorable brunch experience that friends and families can enjoy together. Our brunch specials will feature the classic Italian dishes I grew up enjoying on Easter, but with a unique spin — the ‘Mimo element’ as we like to call it.”

Mimo Restaurant and Bar will serve Easter brunch from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday, April 9, 2023. In addition to Mimo’s full brunch menu — which includes popular dishes such as blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes with candied lemon or biscuits and gravy with Italian sausage and mozzarella foam gravy — the restaurant will offer exclusive Easter brunch specials, such as eggs benedict with braised short rib, a king crab omelet with osetra caviar, and pan-seared scallops with snow peas and nduja sausage crust.

For something truly decadent, Chef Nello is preparing radiatori pasta gratin with lobster, lobster reduction, and truffle pesto. Lamb, a traditional Easter entrée, will also be making an appearance on the special menu with Mimo’s chargrilled lamb chop with a chamomile crust, served with a pecorino cheese fondue and mint jus. Rounding out the Easter specials is a T-bone steak with salmon caviar mayo and chives. For dessert, a Neapolitan pastiera with orange blossom and ricotta cheese ice cream is the perfect sweet end to the holiday meal.

There will be live music at Mimo from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm on Easter Sunday, and all children dining at the restaurant will receive chocolate Easter eggs to take home.

In addition to the Easter specials, Mimo recently unveiled several new mouthwatering additions to its menu. After opening in November to great acclaim from locals and visitors alike, the restaurant expanded its menu in February with delectable new dishes and cocktails. Beloved dishes such as Mimo’s caviar linguine and radiatori pasta with Southern ragu remain on the menu, but Chef Nello has released new soon-to-be-classics such as crawfish rigatoni, Benton’s bacon cured lobster, and octopus potato salad. The dinner menu at Mimo now also includes family-style dishes designed for sharing, such as charred branzino, cornish hen, and a 10 ounce porterhouse steak.

The Bar at Mimo, a lively destination to enjoy a pre- or post-dinner cocktail or snack, also expanded its menu. Noteworthy cocktail additions include the Vespa martini, made with Fords gin, Belvedere Vodka, Cocchi Americano, Italicus and olive oil, and accompanied by an ounce of osetra caviar, and the Bollicini a Pera, a refreshing libation featuring Casa Noble Reposado, Mathilde Pear liqueur, lemon, peach shrub, and prosecco.

Reservations can be made through OpenTable or by calling the restaurant at +1 615 610 6990.
