Celebrate the Holidays in a Return to the Roaring Twenties at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston

Just like the roaring twenties, the end of 2021 calls for some hedonism, glitz and glamour – a chance to celebrate life and look towards all that the future has to offer. Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston invites revellers to delight in a curated selection of festive activations and offerings throughout the month of December.

The Diamond Pop-Up Bar

This December, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston debuts a decadent pop-up bar, aptly named the Diamond Bar. Taking centre-stage in the middle of the Rotunda, just outside of Trifecta on the lobby level of the Hotel, the Diamond Bar is available throughout the month of December 2021. Paying homage to the Jazz Age, the stunning diamond-shaped mirrored bar has been custom designed and built by the team at One Dalton, and will feature floral designs by Artistic Blossom, including a stunning focal display with a collection of three varying sized ostrich lamps situated on a custom antique gold base.  

As the epicentre of the festive celebrations and quite literally the cultural hub of the Hotel, the Diamond Bar will feature a specialty Caviar, Martini and Champagne Menu highlighting Regiis Ova (“royal egg” in Latin), the new caviar company founded by Chef Thomas Keller and Shaoching Bishop.

Chef Daniel Burger has curated a caviar menu with a blend of traditional and modern offerings to delight taste buds. Dishes range in price from USD 27 to 150.

The specialty Martini Menu has been designed by Assistant Director of Food and Beverage Julia Casale, and features three distinctive options –

• The Diamond Martini features Ketel One vodka, Botanist gin and a Regiis Ova caviar garnish
• The Gold Martini features barrel aged Botanist gin
• The Silver Martini features Ketel One vodka

Featuring Champagnes by Laurent-Perrier Champagne, One Dalton’s Champagne partner, the specialty Champagne Menu includes -

Diamond Tea

In celebration of the holiday season, Chef Daniel Burger has elevated Trifecta’s contemporary take on the classic afternoon tea, with a very special festive Diamond Tea available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout December 2021.

Following a glass of G.H. Mumm Champagne on arrival, the special holiday afternoon tea menu begins with an amuse bouche of foie gras macaron with sauternes gelée; and seasonal scones served with honeycomb, Devonshire cream and kumquat preserve. Finger sandwiches include a cauliflower tartlet with sturgeon caviar and confit egg yolk; lobster “roll” with pâte à choux and Périgord truffle; flavours of banh mi with black pepper pate, cacciatorini pickles and cilantro; English cucumber with whipped feta, roasted garlic, mint and oregano; and roasted turkey with mini croissant, Swiss and cranberry aioli.

The dessert selection features Mont Blanc with chestnut entremet, Pedro Ximénez centre and white chocolate glaze; XO gateau with cognac-soaked cate cake and 24k gold; tigre cake with financier, chocolate chips and salted caramel; ginger choux with choux craquelin and ginger mousse; and vanilla shortbread with chocolate and crushed pistachios.

The elevated holiday afternoon tea also includes Trifecta’s special spiked tea option - guests can upgrade their tea selection to be paired with their choice of spirit or liqueur. The mixologists at Trifecta can assist with the best pairings, based on the tea selection and flavour profile.

The special limited-edition Diamond Tea is offered in Trifecta on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in December 2021 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm for USD 99 per adult or USD 42 per child.  Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling 857 449 2486.

Holiday Shopping Event

The Wellness Floor at One Dalton will host three nights of retail therapy with a special holiday shopping event, designed to surprise and delight Hotel guests, residents and local Bostonians.

The event will feature a selection of bespoke products including beautiful Italian leather handbags by Senreve and stunning cashmere sweaters and loungewear by New York City design power-house Maison de Papillon. Other products available for purchase include skincare by organic UK skincare brand Soveral, and 111 Skin as well as home goods by Sefte. A carefully curated selection of wellness treatments and experiences by Spa Manager Lana Labrecque will also be available for gifting.

Shoppers will delight in complimentary mini-services such as chakra balancing, moisturising hand treatments and tarot readings while perusing The Wellness Floor and enjoying complimentary prosecco and light bites.

The special holiday shopping event is for three nights only from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 30; Wednesday, December 1 and Thursday, December 2, 2021. The three-night event is open to the public and no reservations are required.
