Guests will want to leave room in their suitcase for a new shopping service offered at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort.  The new Style Chat service enables guests to have an outfit hand-selected for them, based on their style preferences, and delivered to their guest room closet.  With the ease of a few text messages from the Four Seasons App or via Facebook Messenger, the shopping is left to the pros. The guest will discover a new ensemble hanging in the guest room closet, ready to be tried on, without having to set foot in the store.

“Technology has really changed the way guests shop,” says Charles Fisher, Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort Orlando. “We are giving guests the convenience of shopping while on the go. They can delight in discovering what was selected for them when they return to their guest room after a day at the theme parks or by the pools.”

To initiate a Style Chat session, guests are invited to log in to the Four Seasons App and select the Chat function to begin a conversation with a Resort communications agent. Or, guests can opt to message the Resort directly from the Resort Facebook page.  Once a chat has been initiated, the guest is invited to choose from one of three different looks: Poolside Chic, Park Hopper, or Night Out.  A series of questions are asked via the App or Messenger, and once the stylist has a feel for the guest’s taste, items are hand-selected and delivered to the guest room.  Guests can keep all of the items, or return those they don’t love. A styling fee of USD 25 is charged only if a purchase is not made.

While geared toward women, men’s and children’s looks are also available upon request.

“We are really excited about Style Chat,” says Teresa Hughes, Boutique Manager of Wardrobe and Fable.  “It’s another way we are customising our services to the needs of our busy guests.”

Wardrobe, the Resort’s main women’s and men’s boutique, has several custom collaborations with designers, including Missoni and James Perse.  The boutique carries brands including Tory Burch, Lilly Pulitzer, Joie, Frank & Eileen, Calypso, and much more.
