Weekday Indulgence. Book any spa treatment for 60 minutes or more, and receive an equal amount of pool-time access on the same day. After relaxing under the healing touch of the therapist, let hydrotherapy boost the immune system, relieve stress and reduce muscle tension. Flow between the indoor pool, mist chairs, vitality pool, steam room and cold showers, then conclude the journey in the skyline-facing ofuro (Japanese baths).

est. Sparkling with a newly bestowed Michelin star, est continues to bring exceptional dining experiences to epicures in Tokyo. Known for their eco-conscious approach, the team sources nearly 95 percent of ingredients from within Japan, with a focus on high-quality seasonal produce.

Early Summer Tasting Menu. Setting the stage is an artful appetizer, inspired by mille-feuille and bright with the freshness of big fin reef squid and white asparagus. The beautifully drawn curved form is topped with black squid ink sauce. For the main course, Chef Guillaume Bracaval has chosen kumano beef from Wakayama, paired with the herbaceous notes of French sorrel and the sourness of butter sauce.

Giro Del Giappone: A Tour of Japanese Ingredients. Inspired by the popular cycling race Giro d’Italia, this monthly menu series combines traditional Italian recipes with seasonal ingredients from specific regions in Japan. Micro-Seasonal Cocktails. Sip micro-seasonal drinks created by the talented bartending team. In May, celebrate the bloom of summer flowers with vibrant cocktails featuring fresh cherries and lavender. Come June, VIRTÙ presents refreshing antidotes for warm, rainy days. Brighten spirits with Frozen Melon Harmony, a luxurious sorbet cocktail that blends fresh melon, and Champagne.

Bar Masters Series. Nothing shakes up a good cocktail like a little camaraderie. VIRTÙ welcomes top bartenders from across Japan for its monthly Bar Masters series. Keeping spirits high, the guest mixologist will take their place behind the bar and craft their own unique cocktails for the night. On June 18, sample drinks by Kyoka Ogawa from Bar Amber, the brand ambassador of Silent Pool GIN. On July 15 and 16, the man behind the bar is Naoto Ogawa from CT Spirits Japan, the winner of the Campari Cocktail Competition Asia 2018.
