Palm Beach, U.S.A.

For guests seeking an authentically Palm Beach experience, Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is now open following an incredible multimillion-dollar renovation. Offering relaxed beach elegance synonymous with Palm Beach’s famous heritage, the island’s character and a close connection to the expansive beach is thoughtfully articulated throughout this 6-acre (2.5 hectare) oceanfront paradise. The renovated Resort brings to life the vision of Nadim Ashi, founder of Fort Partners and owner of Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, to create a timeless Resort in collaboration with some of the world’s best design and culinary talent.

“Our Resort captures the essence of Palm Beach and connects guests to everything that makes our destination the enchanting coastal showpiece that it is,” says Mohamed Elbanna, Senior General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. “Our new look combined with the genuine grace and inviting energy of our team offers a local experience unlike any other. Our guests will feel the ocean breeze and be at ease while life’s most treasured memories are made.”

Arriving to a majestic banyan tree and redesigned lobby, one will immediately sense the coastal laid-back lifestyle. Internationally acclaimed interior architect and designer Martin Brudnizki is the creative visionary of the Resort’s new interior design, which draws on the locale and history all while introducing a fresh, contemporary touch. “Our design mixes together an ice cream colour palette inspired by the surrounding colonial architecture with elegant terrazzo flooring and warm woods, all reminiscent of grandiose homes that make up the neighbourhood,” says Martin Brudnizki.

New Ocean View Studio Suites evoke the same charm with mid-century glamour while new first floor Cabana Terrace Rooms offer a quintessential way to experience the Resort featuring expanded terraces with private and direct access to the pool and the beach just steps beyond.

With the open-air environment luring travellers to Palm Beach, the redesigned pool terrace, tropically landscaped by landscape architect Fernando Wong, features two outdoor pools offering options for adults only and families, both with views of the Atlantic Ocean. While relaxation is a natural pastime, including the Five Star rated Spa and Salon, adventure also awaits with infinite ways to enjoy the Resort by land or by sea. Perfectly suited for island adventures, new beach and ocean experiences appeal to every guest. Couples and friends can enjoy areas reserved exclusively for serenity or visit the Water Sports Center to explore the warm Atlantic water while families can let loose in the fun-filled, family-friendly haven. Daily and weekly activities include culinary and mixology tastings, an exclusive wine and water tasting with Certified Wine and Water Sommelier Jessica Altieri, poolside and beachfront picnics and pop-ups, beach sports, movies on the beach, teen socials and play spaces for tots.

Dining at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is an experience in and of itself, with inspiration drawing from a Michelin star collaboration and the local elements. The crowning jewel of the Resort is Florie’s, the first restaurant and bar in the United States in partnership with internationally acclaimed Argentine-Italian Chef Mauro Colagreco. Colagreco’s flagship Mirazur in Menton, France is ranked third on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018 list and was awarded a third Michelin star in the 2019 edition of the prestigious Michelin Guide France. A nod to Florida and Chef Mauro’s passion for gardening, Florie’s delivers the spirit of the Mediterranean through live fire cooking, enjoyed by guests with views of the show kitchen, in the grand bar, private dining room, or new pergola style outdoor dining terrace.

“I consider myself to be a chef without borders - always pushing myself to experience new ingredients, new flavours and regions of the world - which is why I wanted to come to Palm Beach. The Island's coastal environment and exceptional Florida produce are perfect for my cooking,” says Mauro Colagreco. “My vision for Florie's is to be a destination where locals want to eat every night of the week and guests leave with lasting food memories."

Seaway, the Resort’s seasonally driven, oceanfront restaurant highlighting fresh Floridian fare with a hint of Latin flair is slated to open in February 2019.
