Florie’s Sunday Brunch

From Aperol Spritz to Sangria, cocktails synonymous with summer are crafted tableside with warm hospitality to the backdrop of idyllic ocean views and live music. From there, guests can sojourn in a family-style menu meant for sharing. Curated selections for all midday cravings include breakfast specialties such as the Egg White Fritatta and Avocado Toast with House Smoked Salmon, and Florie’s signature favourites including the Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio, Citrus Local Burrata and Genovese Pizza. To finish, catch the dapper pinstriped vests making way through the lush greenery of the open-air terrace with the Dessert Trolley adorned with beautifully crafted confections by Executive Pastry Chef Bashar Shamali. Celebrating the global footprint of Chef Partner Mauro Colagreco, who has three Michelin stars to his name, travel to the dreamy coasts of the Mediterranean by way of Palm Beach with this summer menu without borders. Through September 2022, explore the unique flavours and traditional fare from a new destination each month. Discover la dolce vita with an authentic Italian-inspired menu featuring Vitello Tonnato, Saffron with preserved Lemon Risotto and Scampi Tartare, finishing with a Lychee Tiramisu, or say bonjour to the French Riviera with Chilled Watermelon Consommé, Swordfish with Citrus Beurre Blanc, and Orange and Bee Pollen Tropézienne Cake. The three-course dinner is USD 85 per person or USD 120 with wine pairings.
