James Beard Award-Winning Chef Greg Vernick Resumes Service on Vernick Fish at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia

Beloved Philadelphia native explores beyond the boundaries of a seafood restaurant

Vernick Fish, Philadelphia's Logan Square neighbourhood seafood restaurant, is pleased to be resuming dinner service starting on February 11, 2021. A select menu of new dishes such as swordfish Milanese with brussels sprouts, roasted jalapeno and gribiche will be offered, and past favourites such as grilled dorade served with a pumpkin seed and arbol chile salsa macha. The restaurant will be open Thursday to Saturday from 6:00 to 10:00 pm.  

Guests can experience Greg Vernick’s take on a classic American oyster bar at home by ordering takeaway from Tock.com. Select menu items, cocktails and wine will be available for pick-up from Thursday to Saturday, 6:00 to 10:00 pm.

Following the City of Philadelphia COVID-19 guidelines and Four Seasons Lead With Care global program, the restaurant will seat parties of up to four guests from the same household.  Vernick Fish is situated on the ground floor of the Comcast Technology Center, a new building with state-of-the-art architectural and safety features including an air filtration system with a MERV14 rating.
