Seasonal Japanese restaurant MIRU offers an extraordinary dining experience with unique views of historical Prague at night

Four Seasons Hotel Prague launches an unforgettable Japanese gourmet journey at the four-table rooftop restaurant MIRU. This summer, experience a unique degustation dinner in a serene setting with unparalleled views of the starlit Prague Castle and Charles Bridge.

Michelin-distinguished Executive Chef Marco Veneruso has crafted a state-of-the-art dining concept in collaboration with Japanese Chef Mitsuru Tsukada. The new nine-course degustation menu embodies the true essence of Japanese cuisine through traditional techniques and classic ingredients.

Start the evening with welcome drinks while soaking up views of the sun setting over the historical sites located alongside the Vltava River. Enjoy the calm ambience of the lush rooftop terrace fashioned in Japanese garden style and embark on a intimate dining experience with only four tables available each evening.

Designed with both modern mixology and traditional craft in mind, the degustation dinner is paired with three original cocktails that not only bring out flavours of the main dishes, but also enhance the encounter with Japanese food culture.

“Asian cuisine is very close to my heart for a number of reasons. It is based on high-quality ingredients, exciting flavour combinations, and of course my personal favourite, seafood. Chef Mitsuru and I wanted to showcase the best of what Japan has to offer, so we decided to go with truly premium dishes. However, I also wanted to bring in my own personal touch so guests can look forward to a few unexpected surprises,” says Executive Chef Marco Veneruso.

MIRU opened May 20, 2022. Degustation dinner starts at 6:00 pm and is served from Tuesday to Saturday. Limited tables are available; reservation via telephone at + 420 221 426 880 is required.

Price of the degustation menu is CZK 5000; wine and cocktail pairing CZK 2000.
