New Culinary Delights: White Truffles and Thanksgiving Dinner on the Menu at Four Seasons Hotel Prague

Executive Chef Marco Veneruso and his team invite guests to indulge in gourmet dining experiences at the signature Italian restaurant CottoCrudo

This November, CottoCrudo restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Prague greets guests with the unmistakable aroma of one of the world’s most prized delicacies.

The extraordinary Alba white truffle from the Piedmont region in northwest Italy is celebrated by Executive Chef Marco Veneruso in his special six-course degustation menu as well as in selected a la carte dishes. True to his culinary style, Chef Marco created traditional Italian dishes with an unexpected twist, ideal for brave diners who can look forward to extraordinary creations including truffle honey and white truffle ice cream.

The White Truffle Degustation Menu is served daily until the end of November 2022 at CZK 5000 per person, and wine pairing at CZK 2500.

This month’s dining offer was also enhanced by Executive Sous Chef Nicholas Trosien, the latest addition to the talented culinary team at CottoCrudo. A native from Michigan, USA, Nicholas fashioned this year’s Thanksgiving Dinner for guests who love celebrating this holiday with a sumptuous feast and in great company.

“My favourite part about this holiday is spending time with family. It's a chance to catch up and give thanks to everyone while sitting around the table full of delicious food,” Chef Nicholas says. Guest can look forward to three-course dinner menu with the mouthwatering combination of lobster salad, roast turkey roulade with green beans, sweet potato pure, gravy and cranberry sauce, and pecan pie.

Thanksgiving dinner is offered on November 24, 2022, at CZK 1750 per person.
