Enjoy “Summer in Seville” at Talavera at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale

New prix fixe menu features summer dishes at a special value

With the flavours of summer in mind, Chef Samantha Sanz of Talavera at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North has created Summer in Seville, a new prix fixe menu for two that offers the best of seasonal dining at a special value.

Guests can begin their evening with a porrón of sangria or a bottle of txakolina, a light effervescent Spanish wine ideal for summer enjoyment.  The meal continues with a tapas dish to share, a verdura (vegetable dish) to share, and Chef Sanz’ summer version of her signature paella.  The summer paella is a savoury combination of chorizo bilbao, prawns, mussels and clams, corn, peas and a flavourful chermoula verde sauce.

The Summer in Seville menu is available through September 1, 2019 and is priced at USD 98 per couple.

Talavera’s lively contemporary dining room is complemented by spectacular views of Pinnacle Peak and the valley below. For added ambiance, Talavera features the live music of a flamenco guitarist each Thursday evening.
