Dance and Dine the Night Away at Goldfinch Tavern’s New Year’s Eve Party at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle

Ethan Stowell Restaurant at Four Seasons features multi-course menu and Moët & Chandon

December 13, 2018,
Seattle, U.S.A.

Known for its sophisticated Pacific Northwest cuisine using the finest ingredients from the region, Goldfinch Tavern at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle elevates its dining experience even further to celebrate New Year’s Eve with a choice of two multi-course menus.

For those who already have party plans elsewhere, the first part of the evening features a four-course menu at 6:00 pm, leaving ample time to arrive at The Space Needle for the annual fireworks show over Lake Union.

The second seating is at 9:00 pm and Chef Joe Ritchie and his culinary team created a decadent menu. The feast-style menu at this Ethan Stowell Restaurant includes a bounty of shared dishes for the first course, followed by a selection of dishes for the remaining courses. Regional and seasonal ingredients shine: scallops, salmon, housemade pasta, forged mushrooms, hazelnuts, spiced dates, local cheese, oysters, hamachi crudo, spot prawns, geoduck and more.

Always a festive and lively way to ring in the New Year, guests can enjoy dancing, beats by DJ Nelson Estrada, Moët & Chandon champagne toast at midnight, and party favours.

Named after the state bird of Washington, the American goldfinch, Goldfinch Tavern has sweeping views of Elliott Bay, the Seattle Great Wheel and the Olympic Mountains. Reservations for New Year’s Eve can be made by visiting the restaurant online or calling 206 749 7070.
