Goldfinch Tavern Goes Al Fresco at INFINITY pool + bar at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle

Locals and Hotel guests can now flock to the new al fresco location for the popular Goldfinch Tavern, downtown Seattle’s Ethan Stowell Restaurant located at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. Popping-up at the Hotel’s INFINITY pool + bar, the menu will feature restaurant favourites such as the fresh catch of the day, Goldfinch Burger and cedar plank wild king salmon.

“Our outdoor pool terrace has long been a favourite amenity reserved for guests of the Hotel, and we are so excited to offer Goldfinch Tavern pop-up at INFINITY pool + bar to all starting today,” says Emmanuel Calderon, Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and Goldfinch Tavern.

Guests can enjoy views of Seattle’s sunsets, the Seattle Great Wheel, and ferries sailing across Puget Sound while feasting on fresh-caught seafood and the simple-yet-delicious flavours of the Pacific Northwest.

Craft cocktails and regional beer and wine are also available, along with non-alcoholic drinks. The pastry team at Goldfinch Tavern have also created a sweet menu to complete the experience.

Al fresco dining will be available 4:00 to 9:00pm, Wednesday to Saturday. Reservations are required by calling 206 749 7070 or making a reservation on OpenTable.
