The wedding experience can also include a curated to-go menu created specifically for each wedding through either a phone consultation or in-person meeting with the culinary team. Menus by Executive Chef Emmanuel Calderon and his culinary team continue to reflect the quintessential Pacific Northwest spirit of the Hotel.

“We are a full-service option for couples wanting to create a memorable wedding during unique times and can provide live-streaming capabilities for people not able to attend in person, and can create special to-go options for local guests to experience at home,” continues Jerstad. “You’ll be working with one of our dedicated event specialists for seamless planning and full coordination of your wedding.”
