June 11, 2020,
Seattle, U.S.A.

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle will reopen its doors beginning June 15, 2020. Rooted in modern luxury and surrounded by the underlying beauty and culture of the Pacific Northwest, the Hotel’s curated Seattle experiences and proximity to outdoor recreation make it an ideal location for those looking for a unique retreat.

“As we reopen our doors, it is an opportunity for us to welcome back guests as they reconnect with loved ones in a different setting, offer solace to those who may need it, or provide a home away from home,” says Angelica Palladino, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. “While the Four Seasons experience may look different, our team is committed more than ever to deliver the same warm, intuitive service and personalised care that you have come to know and trust.”

Services such as Goldfinch Tavern, 24-hour in-room dining, Fitness Centre, and Coffee Concierge are available, with limited capacity and updates added for the safety of guests and employees. The Spa at Four Seasons and the outdoor infinity pool will remain closed under guidelines by the public health officers of King County.

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle introduces new ways to rediscover the best of Seattle with these experiences:

Emerald City Staycation

Surrounded by deep-blue waters, swaths of evergreen forests, and urban landscapes, the hotel is set in a stunning backdrop of the Pacific Northwest. Reboot and recharge with the Emerald City Seattle Staycation package. Enjoy breakfast in bed for two, from the comfort of your spacious, light-filled guest room, which are among the largest in the city. A complimentary upgrade to the next guest room category makes it one step closer to the best views in Seattle. Valet parking and an early check-in and a late check-out give guests the flexibility to enjoy their stay on their schedule.

Four Seasons x Savor Seattle’s Market Favorites Box

Across the street from Seattle’s renowned Pike Place Market, Four Seasons Hotel Seattle guests can order a collection of goods from favourite Pike Place Market vendors. The Market Favorites Box from Savor Seattle, a local food tour operator, features nine different Market vendors and artisans that offer a quintessential taste of Pike Place Market. Every box supports local small businesses and includes items such as Seabear Smokehouse’s wild Alaskan sockeye smoked salmon, Beecher's Handmade Cheese flagship crackers, as well as other local treats perfect for savouring a taste of the Market.

Guests can enjoy the Iconic Market Box in their guest room, or have it shipped home.

Views at the Outdoor Terrace

With views of Elliott Bay, the Seattle Great Wheel and the Olympic Mountains, guests can spend time in the open air and take in a Seattle summer sunset. While the pool and whirlpool remain closed, the firepit and lounge chairs are available, along with limited food and beverage service available through the Four Seasons App.

Connect to Four Seasons Service

A key part of this service experience will continue to be the Four Seasons App and Chat. As one of the only industry platforms powered by employees on property, not chatbots, this award-winning service will further allow guests to control how they engage with employees. While face-to-face interactions may be more limited, Four Seasons will remain as connected as ever. With the App and Chat, guests will have direct access to property teams in 100+ different languages. From the comfort of their own device, the App provides a contactless experience that does not compromise Four Seasons genuine care and signature service.
