Four Seasons Hotel Seattle Celebrates a Weekend of Delights for Valentine’s Day

Explore culinary treats from Goldfinch Tavern to relaxing spa treatments at The Spa

Seattle, U.S.A.

Savvy sweethearts are gifting their Valentine with an experience they won’t forget: an al fresco dinner with a view at the Chef’s Cabanas; an intimate dinner at home from Goldfinch Tavern; or a day of rest and relaxation at The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle.

Valentine’s Weekend Culinary Experiences

Why celebrate Valentine’s Day on one day? On February 12, 13 and 14, 2021, Goldfinch Tavern is giving guests more than one day to celebrate.

Take home a special Valentine’s Day Celebration meal for two that features a make-at-home gnocchi course with Chef Emmanuel Calderon. Customise dinner with a choice of two entrées before enjoying a dessert board to finish the meal. Each meal also comes with local artisan rolls, a selection local cheeses and charcuterie, and a market salad.

For a romantic experience under the stars, enjoy outdoor dining at one of two new Chef’s Cabanas at the rooftop pool deck of Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. With amazing views of Elliott Bay and beyond, each cabana has two tables for a semi-private night featuring a three-course menu from Goldfinch Tavern.

Cabanas are equipped with heaters and blankets to keep warm. Appetisers to share include a market salad, fig bruschetta, and a half dozen oysters. Guests select an entrée from king salmon, New York steak, diver scallops, or eggplant ossobuco, before finishing with either “bubbles” and berries, or a vegan double chocolate layered cake.

Sweet Treatments from The Spa

Throughout February 2021, find the way to bliss with the Seattle’s Sugar Kiss Body Buff or the Sugar Kiss Pedicure from The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. Both treatments exfoliate and moisturise the skin, leaving them soft and ultra-hydrated.

Spa services that focus on wellbeing, pampering and more from The Spa can be added to a Four Seasons Gift Card, a perfect addition to a Valentine’s Day card. With private treatment rooms and enhanced hygiene practices, The Spa provides a safe haven to relax and rejuvenate.
