Spring Forward into Fashion with Goldfinch Tavern and Frilancy’s Fashion Brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle

The team at Goldfinch Tavern is excited to collaborate with Seattle’s vibrant fashion icon and boutique owner Frilancy Hoyle of Rabecca Onassis Boutique for Frilancy's Fashion Brunch on Saturday, March 5, 2022, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Goldfinch Tavern transforms into a fashion runway, as models debut Hoyle’s new spring collection. Natural light streaming from floor-to-ceiling windows that run the length of the dining room will showcase the beautiful designs.

“This will be the brunch to bounce you back into spring,” says Hoyle. “This year is about to get brighter and bolder!”

Guests will feast on a delicious three-course brunch menu that includes bottomless Mimosas, and a choice of appetizer and entrée. Favourites include the seasonal bruschetta and the beet and crab salad to start; followed by staples such as the wild mushroom hash or the crab benedict that features Pacific Northwest fresh ingredients. Pastry Chef Danielle Grogan’s fashion-inspired trio of desserts ends the decadent meal.

Whidbey, one of the restaurant’s private dining rooms that opens into the main dining room of Goldfinch Tavern, will transform into a boutique pop-up featuring the styles viewed in the fashion show and additional highlights from Hoyle’s Belltown boutique.

“My inspiration is derived from my experiences and personal admiration for my grandmother, and the boutique’s namesake, and her love and talent in luxury clothing,” continues Hoyle.

Hoyle was born in Zambia and migrated to the United States at a very young age with her parents. She relocated to Seattle in 2013, where she decided to pursue her career in fashion. In 2019, Hoyle opened Rabecca Onasisis Boutique, her first brick and mortar store in downtown Seattle, walking distance from Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and nearby Pike Place Market.
