Experience the Ultimate In-Suite Private Chef Experience at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul

June 15, 2021,
Seoul, Korea

While social restrictions limit outdoor adventure, Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is offering a culinary experience that expands horizons – all from the luxury of its sumptuous top signature suites. Starting June 15, 2021, groups of up to four private diners will receive unbridled access to one of the country’s finest chefs – Jaeyoung Lee – and enjoy a menu and wine pairing as limitless as their tastes and budgets allow.

Whether the dream is for a lavish Korean BBQ complete with traditional fermented favourites or an elegant eight-course banquet, each dining experience is fully customisable. Cuisine choices include Korean, Japanese, Italian, Cantonese and Western, showcasing the superlative skills of Chef Jaeyoung, who brings his famous dynamism and creative flair to every dish.

The Hotel’s talented Sommelier Josephine Yoo is also on hand to offer exclusive wine and cocktail pairings, drawing on intuitive skills honed during her 13 years in the industry.

A minimum of 24 hours after the suite booking is made – and the private chef experience requested – the lead guest will be invited to a telephone consultation with Chef Jaeyoung and Sommelier Yoo to discuss ideas and preferences, before the pair begin crafting a truly bespoke feast.

“In light of the current situation with physical distancing, we wanted to create an unforgettable experience that surpasses dining in the city’s top restaurants due to its exclusivity,” comments Sébastien Ganry, Director of Food and Beverage. “Imagine one of the country’s finest chefs preparing a menu you’ve chosen while a renowned sommelier selects the pairings – it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our suite guests and we’re delighted to be able to offer it at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul.”

The exclusive private dining experience is available in the Hotel’s stunning Sejong Two Bedroom Suite and Presidential Three Bedroom Suite. Light-filled corner suite Sejong features floor-to-ceiling, wraparound windows with views over prestigious Sejong Road, while the palatial penthouse Presidential Suite includes a full gourmet kitchen and huge dining table as well as three bedrooms, an office, a media room, a private spa-treatment room, and access to the Executive Club Lounge.

Sejong (Two-Bedroom) Suite starts from KRW 5,000,000 per night while the Presidential (Three-Bedroom) Suite starts from KRW 17,000,000 per night.

The in-suite Private Chef Experience starts from KRW 350,000 per person (for up to four diners).
