On March 8, 2023, Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is set to celebrate International Women's Day with a unique campaign aimed at showing gratitude and support for women. The Hotel will be holding various events, including giveaways, prizes, and special offers for female guests.

The International Women's Day campaign will begin on March 2 and run through March 10, 2023. The Hotel’s official Instagram account (@fsseoul) will host a "Comment Event" for followers to express their gratitude to female friends or family members. The winners will be announced on March 14, 2023. Three lucky followers will receive dining and bar experiences for two at Boccalino and OUL, respectively, and a Valentino Beauty Go-Clutch with Rosso Valentino mini lipstick worth KRW 320,000.

On March 8, 2023, Four Seasons Hotel Seoul will be hosting various International Women’s Day events.

At the Italian restaurant Boccalino located on the 2nd floor of the Hotel, the first 100 female customers visiting for lunch or dinner on the day will receive a Rosso Valentino lipstick (worth KRW 59,000) as a gift from the couture beauty brand Valentino Beauty.

All female guests who stay on the day will receive a special card, a rose, and a gift set worth a total of KRW 63,000, including Nourishing Care Cream and peeling pads of L’LOVE, a luxury skincare cosmetic brand, upon check-in. However, the rose and the gift set will be given on a first-come, first-served basis in limited quantity.

In addition, on March 8, 2023 all Four Seasons Hotel Seoul employees will be wearing purple masks and sneakers, symbolizing equal representation and showing support for women who work hard at home and in society. Alejandro Bernabé, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, will present roses to encourage female employees working on Women's Day.

The Hotel's Korean contemporary bar OUL will also collaborate with Malsoon Kang, a Korean food and kimchi master with more than 50 years of experience, to showcase her superb craftsmanship in stir-fried kimchi and tofu anju, and a makgeolli-based cocktail called SeOUL Sour for the month of March 2023.

Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is committed to promoting gender equality and diversity in the workplace. As of 2023, 60 percent of Four Seasons Hotel Seoul employees are women, and close to 50 percent of its leaders are female. Alejandro Bernabé, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, states, "We will not only seek ways to eliminate discrimination in daily life but also help women and men play a more balanced role in the working environment, and to establish a stronger culture of respect and consideration for each other."

International Women's Day is an opportunity to recognize the contributions of women to society and promote gender equality. It all started on March 8, 1908, when women workers in the United States held a protest demanding improved working conditions and suffrage. Since 1975, the UN has designated March 8 as a legal anniversary of the protest, and it is taking steps towards equality.
