Après Village Returns with the Introduction of a New Skate Rink to Quattro at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley

Après, the popular seasonal pop up at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley, returns October 1, 2022, as Après Village & Skate Rink this year - a unique festive experience unlike any other in the Bay Area for the whole family to enjoy.

Open through February 25, 2023, the outdoor terrace of the Hotel’s signature restaurant and bar Quattro will be transformed once again into an intimate winter wonderland with rustic wooden chalets, sleek fire tables and lighted alpine trees. Warm plaid cushions and pashmina blankets create the ultimate opportunity to bundle up this holiday season.

The Après alpine-inspired menu is complemented by mini chalets and the new Après Skate Rink with snowfall. Of course, Après is not complete without house-made signature s’mores and custom cocktails. After Thanksgiving, step behind the glass “snow globe” or winter sleigh for picture-perfect opportunities and savour Pastry Chef Guillermo Soto’s decadent donut holes at the Sweet Shop.

Après Village & Skate Rink is available on OpenTable for individual reservations Friday to Sunday, 4:00 to 9:00 pm, and for private events Monday to Thursday. Last skate rental will be offered at 8:00 pm.

Après Skate Rink

Guests may begin a fun holiday tradition by gliding with family and friends at the only outdoor rink at a hotel in the Silicon Valley. Bringing the magic of skating to guests young and old, the Après Skate Rink welcomes children ages 3-12 with accompanying adult to skate under the California sky adorned with twinkling lights. Each skate session on the synthetic rink is 45 minutes. Pricing includes skates: USD 30 per adult and USD 20 per child up to 12. Reservations available through OpenTable.

Semi-Private Chalets

A popular venue for taking festive photos, the semi-private wooden chalets are a perfect option for families and groups of four to six. Each chalet is designed with luxurious comfort in mind and features blankets, pillows and its own television screen and fire pit. There are five mini chalets. Each chalet is available by reservation only and requires a rental of USD 100. Reservations available through OpenTable.

Après-Ski Cuisine From Around the World

The menu at Après Village is designed for sharing and celebrates the best après-ski cuisine. The chefs take inspiration from world famous ski destinations with highlights including Gruyère cheese and Champagne fondue, poutine, warm cocktails and the signature family-style s’mores with house-made graham crackers and vanilla bean marshmallows.

Sweet Shop

Just like the iconic European Christmas markets stalls, discover the Sweet Shop at the Après Village filled warm house made donut holes from Pastry Chef Guillermo Soto for sale.

Après Village “Snow Globe” and Winter Sleigh

A sight not to be missed, step behind glass backdrop of the Après “snow globe” or sit in the winter sleigh for a photo experience decorated for the holidays. Snowfall from snow machines send a light dusting of flurries by the skate rink to complete the whimsical ambiance.
