Housed in a delicate rose gold embroidered gift box, the mooncakes are handcrafted by skilled chefs and created with premium ingredients. These treasured treats are available for order now until September 24, 2018.

Returning favourites on the menu include Bird’s Nest with Custard and Mao Shan Wang Durian snowskin mooncakes, as well as Smoked Duck with Assorted Nuts and Lime baked mooncake, inspired by Jiang-Nan Chun’s signature Peking duck, prepared in a mesquite wood-fire oven.

Unique Botanical Inspired Box

The mooncakes are encased in an elegant rose gold jewellery box inspired by the florals and design motifs that grace the interiors of Jiang-Nan Chun restaurant and the Hotel. Stamped with the logo of Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, this thoughtfully designed limited edition case exudes sensible sophistication and impresses the most discerning business associates, friends and family.

Baked Skin Collection

The returning highlight of this year’s baked selection is Jiang-Nan Chun’s signature Smoked Duck with Assorted Nuts and Lime while other favourites include fragrant Osmanthus Oo Long Tea Paste, citrus Yuzu, Melon Seed and Silver Lotus Paste and classic best seller Double Yolk Silver Lotus Paste.

Each baked skin mooncake spotlights the natural flavour of top quality ingredients including premium silver lotus. Silver lotus refers to lotus that is young and fresh, requiring a lower quantity of oil and sugar to create the paste, making it a healthier option for all ages. If variety is desired, a Four Seasons Medley is available to delight and please.

Snow Skin Collection

Traditionally known to have a number of health attributes such as enhancing skin complexion, the exquisite Bird’s Nest with Custard mooncake is itself a work of art where velvet custard perfectly envelopes and complements the bird’s nest core.

Savour the Hazelnut Royaltine and Milk Tea mooncake - a sweet blend of the crunchy Jivara chocolate praline base combined with fragrant hazelnut – a creative rendition of the Hotel's well-loved Hazelnut Royaltine Cake.  Lovers of the king of fruit will be thrilled with the smooth and creamy Mao Shan Wang Durian snowskin mooncake while the Silver Lotus Paste Yolk satisfies palates with a penchant for tradition.

About Jiang-Nan Chun

Award-winning Cantonese restaurant Jiang-Nan Chun is inspired by Jiang Nan, the paradise-like region of southern China whose cities are celebrated in the famous saying, "born in Suzhou, live in Hangzhou, eat in Guangzhou," while "chun," which means spring, completes the restaurant name and radiates the promise of renewal, growth and pleasure associated with the season.

An experience at the restaurant indulges the senses in the beauty of Jiang-Nan through elegant interiors, evocative furnishings and through exquisite gastronomy while embodying the concept of Xiang Le Zhu Yi 享乐主义 or "the principle of enjoyment and happiness," where only the most exalted flavours, premium ingredients and special preparation are used to seduce the palate. Indulge like an epicure with authentic chef-crafted dim sums, nutritious double-boiled soups, hearty claypots and its one-of-a-kind signature Peking duck roasted in a mesquite wood-fired oven and served with caviar, paired with a premium selection of wines.
