Give the leading lady the pampering she deserves with an authentic Cantonese Michelin-starred experience. Crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Tim Lam, spoil Mum with a six-course showcase of the best of Jiang-Nan Chun.

Begin with a prelude of deep-fried Japanese oyster accompanied by honey glazed pork collar, followed by the warm comfort of double-boiled Asian moon scallop soup with fish maw and sea whelk. Savour fragrant stir-fried scallops and cuttlefish with seasonal greens and succulent wok-fried Australian beef tenderloin with cashew nuts in black pepper sauce before a perfect finale of steamed glutinous rice with mushrooms and a sweet finish of chilled coral seaweed with peach resin and crispy sesame pastry with almond.

Dive into the magnificent seafood tower of more than seven varieties including Maine lobster, king crab, bluefin tuna, fresh prawns, Hokkaido scallop and more, served to the table and dressed in a lemongrass-infused dry ice cascade.

On the buffet spread is a dedicated salad bar, a spread of appetisers bursting with fresh flavours such as white poached asparagus with truffle vinaigrette and roasted quail on purple artichoke and edamame salad. Indulge further with more than 10 hot mains including four stellar “live” stations. From mesquite wood roasted Peking duck carved à la minute and slow roasted wagyu rump from the Butcher’s Trolley, to seared foie gras and classic coq au vin and every popular One-Ninety Singapore laksa, discerning gourmets will delight in the tempting spread.

Round up the celebration with more than 20 handpicked cheeses and a decadent selection of desserts crafted by Pastry Chef Audrey Yee, a Four Seasons veteran and graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School in London. From rich Manjari chocolate tart, dark chocolate rocher and salted caramel pralines to fruity creations such as the classic raspberry shortcake, raspberry lime tart, and elegantly floral rose madeleine, Mummy dearest will be beaming into the evening especially with a specially created Mother’s Day cake to take home too.
