Singapore

The simplest pleasures are the most treasured, like the smell of freshly baked croissant and the aroma of perfect brewed coffee.

Now, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore makes life’s simplest pleasures available 8:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.

Freshly Baked Goodness

Helming the pastry brigade is Chef Audrey Yee, a Four Seasons veteran and graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School in London. What she enjoys most is filling the air with wafts of buttery goodness emanating from the ovens in the heart of the kitchen. Catch the limited bakes daily, which range from classic butter croissants and pain au chocolat to wholesome oat and carrot loaf, decadent chocolate chip cookies, homemade raspberry jam doughnuts and custard doughnuts.

Reservations are highly recommended a day in advance as all baked goods are freshly prepared to order. All pastries are available at SGD 4.80 nett.

Sustainable ¡Tierra! Lavazza Coffee

Using a blend of sustainably-sourced fine Brazilian Arabica and washed "Conillon,” the resulting union is a fine robusta with an intense personality with hints of chocolate and dried fruit.

Besides delicious flavours, each cup of Arabica brewed at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore contributes toward the ¡Tierra! sustainability project by Lavazza launched in 2002. Developed on a joint basis with the Rainforest Alliance NGO, the project aims to improve the social and environmental conditions and the production techniques of several coffee-growing and production communities from Peru to Brazil, Ethiopia and Vietnam.

Available in a variety of preparations, from SGD 4.00 nett.

Coffee To Go is available daily 8:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. Pastry orders need to be placed at least one day in advance of preferred collection time to ensure freshness of bakeries.
