Ginger Bread House Decorating  

Usher in the holidays by decorating a festive ginger bread house at Cinder House. Pastry Chef McKenna Schuetz-Reyes and the pastry elves have created the perfect houses to pipe with royal icing, adorn with gumdrops, and finish with jellybeans and a candy cane lane. Every day from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm during the month of December 2019, Cinder House guests can decorate ginger bread houses for USD 25 per person.  

S’more Saturdays

Enjoy the tradition of roasting warm s’mores with a slight chill in the air every Saturday on the Cinder House Sky Terrace. With the iconic and family-photo worthy backdrop of the Gateway Arch, a roast-your-own s’mores station will be available from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and is complimentary for Hotel and Cinder House guests.

Holiday Toy Drive

Bring an unwrapped toy or gift card to Cinder House from December 1 through 20, 2019 and receive a complimentary appetiser of charred onion dip, served with house-made potato chips. All gifts received will be donated to children receiving treatment at Siteman Cancer Center.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Enjoy a cosy dinner in Cinder House on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day where a la carte menus will be available along with a prime rib special that includes smoked potato puree, horseradish and red wine au jus for USD 65 per person. Dinner is available from 5:00 to 10:00 pm. After dinner linger by the firepit and sip a cocktail at the outdoor heated bar festively illuminated with twinkling holiday lights.

Christmas Day  

Once the gifts are opened, dash to Cinder House for a leisurely breakfast, lunch or holiday dinner. Cinder House will be open from 6:30 to 10:45 am for breakfast and lunch from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, dinner service begins at 5:00 pm. All three meal periods will feature a al carte menu options. Reservations are encouraged.

New Year’s Eve at Cinder House

Make the evening pop by ringing in the New Year at Cinder House and the Sky Lobby party.  Enjoy an a la carte dinner menu at the restaurant from 5:00 to 11:00 pm with caviar and grilled scallop specials. At 8:00 pm the 8th floor Sky Lobby comes to life with duelling pianos, dancing and a DJ, all overlooking the Mississippi River. At 12:00 midnight, there will be a champagne flute-based ball drop to cap the night off. Tickets will be available for USD 135 per person to the Sky Lobby party; party includes access to a premium bar, small bites, live entertainment and complimentary valet parking. Access to the party is available for Cinder House patrons and Hotel guests for USD 50 per person. Tickets can be purchased here.
