Ginger Bread House Decorating at Cinder House

Usher in the holidays by decorating a festive gingerbread house at Cinder House. Pipe on royal icing, add gumdrops, and finish with a candy cane lane. From 11:00 am to 2:00 pm daily during December 2020, Cinder House guests can decorate gingerbread houses for USD 35 per house, while enjoying two complimentary hot beverages. Gingerbread houses also include packaging to-go for easy transport.

Christmas Cookies

Give the gift of a dozen cookies to family or friends this holiday season. Pastry team member Tiffany Gilmore offers an assortment of traditional shortbread, hazelnut linzer cookies, chocolate orange with candied orange and gingerbread decorated with royal icing. Christmas Dinner To-Go

Take the stress out of at-home celebrations with Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner To-Go, artfully prepared by Chef Joseph Simonic and the culinary team of Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. At-home hosts can take advantage of the option that includes the following menu items: roasted maple brown sugar glazed ham, pineapple chutney, roasted brussels sprouts with cipollini onions, chili garlic smoked cauliflower, spiced roasted carrots, creamed kale, roasted and smashed butterball potatoes, green bean almandine, beet and fennel orange salad, celeriac soup and a spiced layered nut cake. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner at Cinder House

Enjoy a cosy dinner in Cinder House on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day where a la carte menus will be available along with a 10 oz prime rib special that includes leeks and hasselback potatoes for USD 45 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Dinner is available from 5:00 to 10:00 pm. After dinner linger by the fire pit and sip a cocktail at the outdoor heated bar festively illuminated with twinkling holiday lights.

Celebrate New Year's Eve at Cinder House

Goodbye 2020, hello 2021! Make the evening pop by ringing in the New Year at Cinder House. Chef Gerard Craft, Josh Adams; and the Cinder House team are offering an exclusive four-course dinner that draws inspiration from a different South American country for each course.

The first course celebrates Venezuela with a farm egg, chicken skin, caviar, potato, coriander and parm brodo. The second course highlights Colombia with octopus caldereta, cream corn, avocado mousse, patacone and fresh chives. Argentina shines in the third course with wagyu zabuton steak, honeynut squash, dried plum, white truffle and jus. Inspired by Chilean desserts, the fourth features a poached pear, grape compote, rose gelee and black pepper ice cream.

Dinner is available from 5:00 to 10:00 pm for USD 95 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).

Holiday Portraits in the Sky Lobby

Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year’s greetings are a wonderful time to share photos with family and friends. Available each weekend in December 2020, local photographer Lawrence Bryant offers 30-minute sessions for couples and 60-minute sessions for families on the 8th floor of the Hotel from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Each session includes a digital file of the photos plus hot chocolate and a gingerbread house decorating kit to enjoy at Cinder House after the photo session.
