Gather and Celebrate Thanksgiving with a Gourmet Feast at Cinder House at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis

Cinder House at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis invites family and friends to gather and celebrate Thanksgiving with an artfully prepared turkey dinner with all the trimmings.  Perched on the Hotel’s eighth floor with sweeping views of the Gateway Arch and majestic Mississippi, Cinder House provides sophisticated warmth and comfort, a perfect setting to share the holiday and give thanks.

James Beard award-winning Chef Gerard Craft and Chef de Cuisine Peter Slay are offering a prix fixe menu that features an entrée of Wood Fired Joyce Farms Heritage Turkey Duo, Sweet Potato Mole, Charred Corn Brioche Stuffing, Brussel Sprouts, and Cranberry Turkey Jus.  Diners can also choose from a selection of side dishes that includes the traditional American favourites of Sweet Potato Puree With Roasted Marshmallow and Candy Pecan, and Green Bean Casserole Topped With Crispy Shallot.  Also offered as sides are Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Bacon and Sage Brown Butter and Charred Corn Brioche Stuffing. For dessert, it is classic Pumpkin Pie with Vanilla Chantilly and Fried Pepitas.

For larger gatherings of up to twelve, Cinder House offers a cosy private dining room where guests can enjoy a relaxing family-style Thanksgiving with attentive service and savour the season’s best flavours.  The culinary team will prepare a 20 to 24 pound (9-11 kilogram) Oven Roasted Joyce Farm Heritage Turkey along with the traditional sides of Charred Corn Stuffing, Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Bacon and Sage Brown Butter, Sweet Potato Puree With Marshmallow and Candy Pecan, Pomme Puree, and Green Bean Casserole W/ Crispy Shallot.  And, of course, Pumpkin Pie will be served for dessert.

Hotel guests and locals alike are invited to enjoy the prix fixe Heritage Turkey entrée for USD 65 (excluding tax and gratuity) and additional sides and dessert at USD 12.
