This Easter, Sunday, March 31, 2024, Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis offers the Grand Ballroom Easter Brunch Experience, a sumptuous buffet in its newly renovated, elegant ballroom on the sixth floor.  The Easter Bunny will take centre stage, handing out gifts and posing for photos to keep and post. There will also be an area dedicated to children’s activities to entertain little hands, and petite palates will be pleased with a special Kids Korner buffet serving easy favourites.

With something to suit every taste, the elaborate buffet will feature multiple stations, including an Eggs Benedict Station, where guests can choose from Braised Beef Barbacoa, Smoked Salmon, and Canadian Bacon, all topped with Hollandaise Sauce, while the hearty carving station will serve Prime Rib, Citrus Glazed Ham, and Cajun Seafood Crusted Salmon. The Made-To-Order Waffle Bar includes a flurry of toppings from maple syrup, house made vanilla whipped cream, and fresh berries to sweeter options of crushed Oreos, chocolate chips, and chocolate and caramel sauce.

Executive Chef Kelley Schmidt is sharing a few of personal recipes on the menu this year, including his legendary Heirloom Tomato Bloody Mary with bacon fat-washed vodka, which will be a part of a Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar where guests can create a personally tailored cocktail - a perfect pairing for guests grazing on the beautiful cheese and charcuterie spread and tasty selection of Mediterranean mezze and dips.  Also from his personal vault will be the crowd-pleasing Kelley’s Mom’s Egg Strata-Baked Egg Custard with bread, sausage, cheese, peppers, and onions.

All of this and more is accompanied by a vast assortment of bread, pastry and desserts artfully prepared by the Hotel’s talented culinary team.  Selections include several varieties of house baked rolls, croissants, and muffins, as well as a tempting array of desserts that bring the flavours of the season to life.

Brunch will be served in the Hotel’s Ballroom located on the sixth floor from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 31, 2024 and costs USD 105 per person, USD 55 for children eight and younger, while children under two dine free.  For those who opt into the Mimosa and Bloody Mary package, the cost is USD 30. Reservations can be made on Open Table, for the Grand Ballroom Easter Brunch 2024 Experience under “Mississippi Bistro,” but please note that all guests will be seated in the sixth floor ballroom. A deposit of USD 50 per person is required at time of booking.
