Rotunda Bar at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square to Launch Two Special Cocktails for London Cocktail Week This October

This October, Rotunda Bar and Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square will mark London Cocktail Week with two limited-edition cocktail offerings that pay homage to much-loved classics. The five-star Hotel will be celebrating the world’s largest cocktail festival by stirring up the drinks menu with two new internationally inspired inventions, the Arbutus Collins and the Fig Old Fashioned, both available to those with an LCW wristband from October 13 to 23, 2022.

Head Bartender Ayoub Radi has reworked two favourites, which can be enjoyed under the elegant Art Deco dome of the Rotunda Bar. The first, Arbutus Collins, opens up a new avenue of discovery for gin aficionados, pairing Tanqueray with a refreshing homemade yuzu soda and a splash of Arbutus syrup, also infused in house. Both bespoke ingredients are freshly prepared, bringing an East Asian twist to the Tom Collins: Arbutus, also known as madrone or more commonly, Chinese strawberry, brings a delicate sweetness that is thoughtfully balanced with the sharpness of the yuzu, a citrus fruit whose complexity is prized among mixologists.

Radi’s second addition to the menu is the Fig Old Fashioned. Fig-infused Bulleit bourbon brings earthy autumnal notes, offset with rich brown sugar and a dash of spicy Angostura bitters, giving the classic whiskey-based cocktail a subtle sweet lift. Bulleit is a Kentucky-distilled bourbon with a high-rye content, specially selected to give a silky, honeyed finish to this smooth and sophisticated drink. Guests can enjoy this vintage tipple from noon to night, either under the natural light of the domed window, or in front of the backlit bar. Throughout London Cocktail Week, evening visitors will also be treated to a carefully curated program of music performances, with a smooth soundtrack of live piano and vocals from 7:00 to 10:00 pm.

The Arbutus Collins and Fig Old fashioned will be available at Rotunda Bar at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square during London Cocktail Week, from October 13 to 23, 2022.
