New Seasonal Afternoon Tea Collection to Debut at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi

MOTIF RESTAURANT & BAR at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi launches a collection of seasonal afternoon teas called the MOTIF Afternoon Tea Collection, beginning with Sakura (cherry blossoms) Afternoon Tea from April 1, 2018.  Head Chef Hiroyuki Asano and his pastry team invite guests to experience a unique afternoon tea including sakura-infused chocolate cake and yuzu citrus-flavoured macaron with 30 different teas and coffee. A popular Japanese maccha green tea is also included in the menu.  A selection of Valrhona hot chocolates with 9 different couvertures is also available as an option.
